An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 24, 2023 from approximately 12:40pm -1:56pm . The children were observed napping and freely playing . Records were reviewed remotley.There was 25 children and 5 staff present during the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.031-A-3-a Description: Based on observation and staff interview, the facility did not ensure there was one staff member to four children from zero to 16 months.
Evidence:
In the infant room, Staff #4 was alone with 5 children.Plan of Correction: One child transitioning to toddler room.
