Discussed with provider: File requiremetns for asst or sub providers

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 5 children (11 points) present with the provider. 2 children and 1 adult files were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed singing, dancing, washing hands and enjoying a television show. Due to a computer issue, the inspection was typed and emailed to the provider. Description: Based upon a review of first aid supplies, the first aid kit is incomplete. Evidence: The kist is missing a second triangular bandage.

Plan of Correction: I will order additional bandages.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-830-C
Description: Based upon a review of emergency evacuation drills, documentation of the drills has not been maintained. Evidence: No drills were documented for the months of August and September 2017.

Plan of Correction: The drills were conducted, just not documented. I will write down the drills as they are done.
