Inspector and director discussed medication and new background check requirements.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today, November 16, 2017 from 9:15am-10:30am. There were 11 children (22 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, 1 medication, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside in the fenced in play area and climbing and jumping on play structures outside. There is a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
