A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/17/17 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 6 children in care, for a total of 13 points with two caregivers.
The children danced and sang songs, identified body parts and played until lunch time. For lunch, the children were served fish, string beans, mac & cheese, peaches and honey wheat rolls. The facility does not administer medication. The facility does not provide transportation. The last evacuation drill was conducted 10/18/17. The most recent shelter -in-place was conducted 10/18/17. Two caregiver records, and 4 children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are identified on the violation notice.

EVIDENCE: The emergency plan did not include lockdown procedures. Plan of Correction: The lockdown procedures will be added to the plan.
