An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 9:15 and ending at 10:45. There were 2 children in care, ages three months and three years. Children were observed playing with toys and the infant was fed and cuddled. Reviewed file for the new child - see violation Notice Emergency escape drills and shelter in place drills are up to date. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-100-A Description: Based on a review of the record of one newly enrolled child, it was determined that the child did not have a physical exam on file. Evidence: Child #1 does not have a physical on file. The child has been in care since 11/26/17. Plan of Correction: The provider will notify the parent that a copy of the last Well baby check/physical exam.
