A 2-month visit was conducted with the Provider today. This visit took place in the morning between 9:00am-11:15 there were 3 children with the Provider for a total of 8 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed having morning free play, dramatic play. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and provider records, fire drill log, and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-890 Description: Based on interview with Provider, food is brought from home shall be clearly labeled to identify owner. Evidence: 3 lunch containers were found however they were not labeled with child's name. Plan of Correction: Provider labeled the bags during this inspection.
