An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 3/12/18 starting at 9:15 am through 10:50 am. The inspection continued on 3/13/18 from 12:45pm to 1:25pm. The inspector returned to the site because there were no children in care on 3/12/18. On 3/13/18, there was 1 child in care of 1 caregiver. The child was observed eating lunch and playing with educational toys with the caregiver. A total of 5 children's files and 4 staff/household member's files were reviewed. The provider has maintained a clean, safe and operable daycare area. There was an abundant supply of toys and manipulatives for the children. Fire drills and Shelter in Place drills were current along with provider trainings. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice. Please contact me if you have any questions at email@example.com or 571-835-4718.
