An unannounced inspection was conducted on 9/14/2023 and concluded on 9/14/2023 in response to a complaint received by the department on 8/25/2023 for allegations regarding supervision. Interviews and observations were conducted relating to the allegations. The information gathered during the investigation determined no violations with the code.
