An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted from 1:30 pm - 2:45pm. There were five children in care with the provider ages 18 months, 3 years, 5 years, 6 years, and 7 years, for a total of 9 points. The children were observed participating in free play and napping. Lunch served today is pizza with cheese and tomato sauce, applesauce, cherry tomatoes, and milk. Five children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider record was reviewed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The provider is current in CPR, First Aid and MAT (Medication Administration Training) certification and has obtained the Virginia Pre-Service Training. The most recent Lock Down drill was conducted on 03/15/2018. An allergy list was posted for children enrolled in the program with food allergies.
