A code compliance inspection was conducted on October 12, 2023 from approximately 12:00 pm to 1:40 pm. There were 5 children present, ranging in ages from three to four years, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and three staff records were reviewed.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-560-B Description: Based on record review, the vendor failed to ensure that staff obtain a subsequent TB screening at least every two years from the date of the initial screening.
Evidence: The record for staff #3, date of employment 07/29/21, contained a TB screening dated 07/30/21. A repeat screening was due on or before 07/29/23.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
