The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 from 11:00am to 12:45pm. The children were observed listening to a story being read, playing number bingo and eating lunch. Today, there were three children, totaling 6 points, present with one caregiver. Five children?s records, and two caregivers? record were reviewed during the inspection. Medication is not being administered. Transportation is not provided. There are no pets in the home. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 05/14/2018 Shelter-in-place drill: 03/22/2018 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-140-B-3 Description: Based on a review of caregiver records on 05/30/2018, the provider did not ensure that providers and substitute providers shall have a current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). EVIDENCE: Caregiver #1 and Caregiver #2's cpr certification expired on 02/16/2018. Plan of Correction: Will get it done by next Tuesday.
