An unannounced Renewal Inspection was conducted beginning at 9:00 and ending that 10:00. There were 4 children in care ages 11 months - 4 years of age. Children were observed watching an age appropriate short television program, working on puzzles and having snack of cheese, raisins and goldfish. Reviewed emergency drills - complete There have been no accidents at the home. Reviewed 5 children's files - see violation notice. All required items are posted in the daycare area. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on a review of 5 children's records, it was determined that not all records were complete. Evidence: Child C's record is missing medical insurance policy number, and 1 emergency contact address; Chile D's record is missing Doctor's phone number and Two emergency contacts phone number. Plan of Correction: The provider will get the information from the parent.
