Technical Assistance:
Discussed with Provider which rooms she will be using for care in the new home. Bedrooms not being used for child care will have door locks installed, and stairs in rooms being used will have gates installed. New cribs have been ordered and will be inspected at the next visit. Passing fireplace inspection was reviewed, and the definition of permanently sealed and not in use were reviewed with the Provider.

Comments:
An announced non-mandated modification inspection was conducted today in the Provider's new residence. No children were in care during this inspection. Entire residence was observed and in compliance. Zoning approval was obtained for 7 children ages birth through 12 years. License will be modified to reflect new address.
