The licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint received on December 13, 2023 regarding allegations concerning staff to child ratio and supervision of children. The inspection was completed on December 19, 2023 from 8:50am-10:10am . There were 35 children and 8 staff present during the inspection. Staff were interviewed, documentaiton was reviewed and obseravtions were conducted.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
