54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 6 children with Provider and 1 assistant present during this inspection. Children were observed playing in the lower level of the home. Some children were playing with cars, dinosaurs and other toys available. Toys and equipment all located within reach of the children which allows them to independently select based on their individual interests. Some children playing in the smaller room with dress up clothes and jewelry. A nice transition observed to the middle level of the home where the children worked on wooden puzzles. All records of the children in care have been reviewed previously except for one child record, this record along with all staff, household records were reviewed. All background checks complete. No medications on site today and no food allergies identified. Positive interaction between staff and children observed. Ample toys and equipment located on both level and available for the children.
