Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced Religiously Exempt Code Annual Inspection on August 28, 2023. There were 16 children ages 2 months to 2 years old present under the direct care of 3 staff.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.

Standard #: 22.1-289.058 Description: Based on inspection, the Center failed to have a carbon monoxide detector in each building that was built before 2015 and that houses a child day program.
