An investigation was initiated on 10/5/2023 and concluded on 11/06/2023 in response to a complaint received by the department regarding a staff/child interaction. This complaint was investigated jointly with the local agency. The facility was toured, interviews were conducted, and records were reviewed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, the complaint was determined to be not valid. No violations were cited.
