An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Friday, November 30, 2018 from approximately 1:45 PM until 3:30 PM to determine the provider's compliance with licensing standards. In attendance were three non-resident children. The children were being supervised by one caregiver during the inspection. There was a total of six points based on the children?s ages. The children were observed napping when the inspector arrived. Later children were observed waking from nap time, naming different animals and playing with blocks and puzzles. The child care areas were filled with supplies and toys for the children. During the inspection, the licensing inspector reviewed the following: emergency supplies, emergency drill logs, emergency preparedness plan, required postings, menu, caregivers? training hours and daily attendance. During the inspection five children's, one caregiver?s and two household member records were reviewed. If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector, Lynn Powers at (804) 662-9790.
