Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:45 am - 12:00 pm. There were four children in care with the provider ages 10 months, 14 months, 3 years, and 3 years for a total of 12 points. The children were observed participating in free play. Lunch served today is chicken tenders, french fries, mandarin oranges, wheat roll, and milk. Four children's records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider and one household member records were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 12/07/2018. The provider is current in CPR and First Aid Training. There are reportedly no medications being administered to children in the family day home at this time.
