The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on 01/25/2019 from 9:38am to 11:40am. The children were observed having sensory play. Today, there were 5 children, totaling 10 points, present with one caregiver. The caregiver was observed interacting with the children. An interview was held with the caregiver throughout the inspection. Additionally, when appropriate the inspector interacted with children. The provider does not administer medication. The provider does not provide transportation. The provider does have pets. Five children?s records, and two caregiver records, and two household member records were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 12/03/2018 Last shelter-in-place drill: 09/17/2018 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that all household members obtained a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form, in accordance with the requirements in 22 VAC 40-111-170, every two years from the date of the first screening. Evidence: The record of household member #4 had documentation of a tuberculosis screening dated 11/21/2016. Plan of Correction: Household member #4 is going Monday at 9:00am.
