A code compliance inspection was initiated in center on February 20, 2024 form 3:20 PM until 5:00 PM and concluded on February 21, 2024. There were 33 children present with 7 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in background checks and requirements for child day centers operated by religious institution exempt from licensure. A total of 11 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and staff interview the center did not establish and implement procedures for hand washing by children after toileting/diapering

Evidence: Staff #7 was observed changing the diapers for two children .The staff member and both children did not wash their hands after the diapers were changed.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
