1. Reviewed out-of-state background check processes. Inspector provided updated NFF information.

Conducted the annual religious exempt renewal inspection at 10:15am. Observed 64 children + 11 direct-care staff. Ratios and supervision were in compliance. Children were engaged in a variety of activities to include art projects, learning about teeth/dental hygiene, listening to a story, music class and indoor active play. The facility was found to be clean and well maintained inside and outside. Classrooms were well supplied with toys and equipment for the children. Staff were actively engaged with the children and activities in all groups. Recordkeeping was in good order. No areas of non-compliance were found with standards and laws reviewed.
