The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on 02/20/2019 from 10:37am to 12:50pm. The children were playing with toys and watching television. Today, there were four children, totaling 11 points, present with three caregivers. Interviews were held with the caregivers throughout the inspection. Additionally, when appropriate the inspector interacted with children. The provider does not administer medication. The provider does not provide transportation. The provider does not have pets. Five children?s records, three caregiver/household member records and one household member's record was reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 02/08/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 02/08/2018 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
