An annual RECDC health and safety inspection was conducted today beginning at 11:25am. The center had 50 children in care with 13 staff within the supervision guidelines. A tour of the facility was conducted, records were reviewed, and observations were made. The children were

central registry background check results on file within 30 days of employment.
Evidence:
1. Staff #2, who began working in fall 2023, did not have documentation of the central registry background check results on file within 30 days of employment.Plan of Correction: We have reached out to OBI and will obtain the central registry results and email to the inspector within 10 business days.
