a unannounced renewal inspection conducted with the provider, There were five children in care with a total of 13 points. The age range of the children was five months to four years old. Children were resting during the inspection. No children were on medications. All required paper work was posted. Description: Based on review the provider did not complete the required 16 hours of annual training. Evidence: The provider did not complete any of the 16 hours of annual training.
