Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider immunization records for children.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:05am to 12: 00pm. There was one child (2 points) in care of 1 caregiver. The child was observed playing with toys. 2 household member's records, 1 child's record and pet vaccination records were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Areas of non compliance are listed on the violation notice.

Description: Based on staff interview, the family day home did not practice emergency evacuation procedures monthly. Evidence: The provider stated that she did not conduct a fire drill during the month of March 2019.

Plan of Correction: I will conduct two drills in the month of April.
