An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:30am. There were 5 children (11 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff records, 5 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing with legos, dancing, and singing. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-90-C Description: Based on record review, it was determined that the provider did not obtain additional immunizations once every six months for a child while they were under the age of two years. Evidence: Child#1's record contains an immunization record that was last updated on 1/21/2015. The child was 6 months of age when the record was last updated. Plan of Correction: Corrected during the inspection.
