An unannounced code compliance inspection was conducted on April 17, 2024. There were 17 children present, ranging in ages from 2 years to 5 years, with 5 staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision and procedures. A total of 3 children and 5 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
The facility is reminded that a complete renewal application must be submitted prior to expiration of the license on May 26, 2024. Renewal applications should be submitted through the online portal available on the public website at childcareva.com.
