Technical assistance was offered regarding the renewal process for the family day home.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:05am to 12:10am. There were 8 children (24 points) present with 3 caregivers. The children were observed eating lunch, using the bathroom and washing hands, playing with toys and learning about the month of May during circle time. The lunch menu included rice, fish, sweet potatoes and milk. Emergency drill records were current and infant bottles were labeled and dated. There were no medications on site.
