Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 12:25pm and 2:45pm. There were 6 children (19 points) present with two caregivers. The entire physical plant was inspected. The caregivers/household members/children's records, emergency supplies, emergency procedures, menu's, attendance records and training logs. The children were observed during diaper changes, handwashing and preparing for naptime. Areas of non compliance are cited on the Violation Notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A
Description: d on household member record review, 2 of 3 household members do not have current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form within the last two years. Evidence: Household members #2 and #3's TB test expired 5/1/2019.

Plan of Correction: They have appointments for Monday, May 6, 2019.
