Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30am-12:45pm. There were 5 children (14 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff record, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing outside with bubbles, and a ball. Infants were observed playing on a soft mat outside. Inside the children were observed washing hands, eating lunch and reading books. Lunch served today was fish sticks, fries, carrots, and milk. Infants were observed eating food brought from home. Hand procedures were also observed. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized.
