An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection was conducted between the hours of 9:00am through 10:45am. There were a total of 5 children present (18 points) with the Provider and 1 assistant. A total of 5 children's files, 3 staff files, and 1 household member?s file were reviewed. The children were observed napping and playing individually with age appropriate toys. Diaper changing and hand washing procedures were observed. Positive interactions between caregivers and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, evacuation drills, menu, attendance, the first aid kit and emergency procedures were completed today. Provider is MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified, however, there was no medication on site today. Previous corrective actions were verified. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys and the programming space was clean and organized.
