An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 29 2019 between 12:45pm and 1:45pm. There were 2 children in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed napping and returning from preschool. The home is clean and organized. The home providers age appropriate materials for the children to use. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on record review, 2 of 2 children's records reviewed did not documentation that a proof of identification was reviewed. Evidence: Child # 1 and Child # 2 records do not have the documentation that the family day home checked the proof of identification. Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents for the documentation this week.
