A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing unannounced monitoring inspection was also conducted this date. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. A total of 4 children (9pts) with Provider present today. When the inspector arrived, the children were playing on the floor with the provider. A nice transition was observed from free play to a group activity with the Provider where the children had to match cards with words and pictures. Children also played with playdoh at the table top. Observation of diapering, hand washing and sanitizing table tops and diapering surface was made. A total of 2 children enrolled since the December inspection, records for both were reviewed. All staff and household records reviewed. No medications at this time for the children enrolled and no identified food allergies. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found. This inspection began at approximately 10:15am and ended at 12:20pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
