A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 11 2019 between 10:45am and 12:30pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 6 children in the direct care the provider and an assistant. Children were observed playing, eating lunch, and being diapered. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-A Description: Based on staff interview, the family day home does not have written emergency procedures for the most likely scenarios. Evidence: The provider stated she has a form to fill out but it has not been filled out yet. Plan of Correction: Will fill out the information today.
