Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection was completed on June 19, 2019 from approximately 10:20a.m. to 12:00p.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. One child, five years old, was in care with one caregiver, for a total of one point. The caregiver and child were observed in the indoor space engaged in activities to include free play. Interviews and interactions were conducted and no medications are given. One children?s record, one caregiver record and four household member records were reviewed. The provider was available for the inspection and was present at the exit interview at which time inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and are identified on the violation notice.
