Technical Assistance:
Discussed the need for additional approved staff in the event the Provider is not present.

Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted this date. A total of 8 children (24 points) with 1 Assistant present. Provider was not home during the inspection. Observation of the programming area, bathroom, crib room and diapering area was made. Staff interviews conducted. All 8 children were napping or resting when the Inspector arrived. According to staff, lunch had been served prior to the Inspector's arrival. A total of 7 children's records and 1 staff record reviewed. Previous violations from the February inspection were reviewed. One repeated violation found pertaining to baby bottles. This inspection began at approximately 11:20am and ended at 12:45pm. Description: Based on child record review, the Provider failed to review emergency contact information with 3 children's parents. Evidence: Child #2's last review of emergency contacts is dated 5/7/18. Child #5's last review of emergency contacts is dated 5/24/18. Child #7's last review of emergency contacts is dated 1/12/18.

Description: Based on observation of the refrigerator located in the programming area, food brought from home was not labeled. Evidence: Baby jar food located in the refrigerator in the programming area was not labeled with the child's name and date.
