An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:30am-11:45am. There were 7 children (26 points) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely, throwing and catching large soft balls, toddlers were crawling through mesh tunnels, sliding down slides and playing freely on a mat set up for infants to play and rest on. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
