A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 09/16/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Licensing Inspector conducted a Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection between 8:00am and 10:00am. At the time of the tour there were no children in care with 1 Caregiver. The Licensee had just returned from taking 2 children, that totaled 2 points to school. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found
