- Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed bathroom cabinet, immunization and physical forms, child abuse and neglect training and training requirements.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 8:50am-10:50am. There were 2 children (5 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. A sample of 2 children?s records, 1 caregiver's record, and 3 household member's records were reviewed. The entire home was observed during this inspection.The children were observed writing, washing hands, eating a snack, playing together and engaged with the provider. The house guests of the provider will be leaving next month. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
