An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 11 children present (36 points) with 3 caregivers. 2 adult and 3 children's records were reviewed. ll were in compliance. Children were observed doing an art project, dancing and playing with lights. Bottles are labeled an dated, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu and posted documents are all in compliance. Evidence:
In the months were shelter-in-place drills were conducted, no monthly emergency evacuation drill was conducted.Plan of Correction: I will conduct two drills in the month that I do a shelter drill.
