The provider and inspector discussed that the provider does not show up in the system as a subsidy provider. The provider stated she still is and that she will call her specialist to verify this information.
- Comments:

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on October 24 2019 between 9:45am and 11:00am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 5 children in the direct care of the provider. Children were observed being fed, reading books, and playing with blocks. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
