Technical assistance was offered regarding background checks for part time staff; radio.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted from 10:15 am to 11:35 pm. There were 5 children (15 points) in care of 2 caregivers. The children were observed playing with puzzles and other toys, washing hands before lunch and after using the bathroom. The children were also observed eating lunch, which included beans, carrots, tomato sauce, chicken, bread and milk. 5 children's and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. Attendance records, emergency drill records, first aid supplies, the outdoor play area and the family day home were reviewed. There were no medications on site.
