An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between approximately 12:30pm and 1:40pm. 8 children (26pts) plus the Provider's 2 grandchildren (2pts) were present with 2 caregivers. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, 3 children's records, caregiver records, attendance, evacuation drills, the menu, the diaper changing area, infants bottles, cribs and required posted documents were reviewed/inspected. Children were observed finishing lunch, washing hands, playing with age appropriate toys and listening to story time. Interactions between the caregivers and children were positive.
