Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. There are 7 children present with 3 caregivers. 6 adult and 3 children's records were reviewed. See Violation notice for missing items. Children were observed being fed and dancing, and enjoying a variety of toys and games. Emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, cribs and fridge temperatures are all in compliance. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-70-A
Description: Based on a review of records, parents have not been provided in writing all required policies and procedures.
Evidence:
3 children's records were reviewed.
3 of 3 review were missing documentation of the check in/out procedure, notification of the DSS web site address. (Children 1,2,3)

Plan of Correction: I will create an addendum for the files, and have the parents sign them.
