An initial study was conducted from 9:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. There were no children in care during the inspection. The family day home was observed for age appropriate supplies, equipment, and activities. Background checks were reviewed for the provider and household members. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather band radio were reviewed and in compliance. The provider is current in CPR and First Aid training. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-790 Description: Based on observation of the family day home it was determined that the information for the person responsible for emergency back up care was not posted. Evidence: The bulletin board that contained the number for poison control and 911 did not have the information posted for the person responsible for emergency back up care. Plan of Correction: The person selected for emergency back up care will be posted on the bulletin board.
