Standard #: 22VAC40-111-570-A Complaint related: No Description: Based on the provider's statement, the provider did not ensure each caregiver did not exceed 16 points by using the following point system to determine if an additional caregiver is needed.
Evidence:
The provider confirmed that she exceeded the 16 points allowed when she was watching the children from 8:15-8:30 am. There were 5 children present (20 points) with one caregiver until the assistant arrived at 8:30 am.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
