Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/20/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 2 children present (6 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed napping, drinking a bottle, playing with stuffed animals, an activity center and manipulative toys. Reviewed 2 children's files, 2 caregiver files, 3 resident files, attendance, first aid kit, menus, emergency evacuation drills and plan, crib compliance, and physical plant. There were no medications on site. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Description: Based on record review, all staff do not have current CPR training.
Evidence:
Staff#2's CPR training expired August 2018. This violation was previously cited 5/9/19.

Plan of Correction: Provider will submit documentation of completed CPR training within 30 days.
I will have him do it in the next month.
