Comments:

An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 2 children (6pts) and Provider were present during the inspection. The arrival of children was observed this morning. The children washed their hands upon arrival, selected toys and books to play and read in the main programming area. Observation of 2 cribs on site was made and compliance was verified, walk thru of the provider's entire home was conducted and review of all children's, provider and household records was made. Provider has earned her CDA since the last licensing inspection. The home was found organized and equipped with toys, books, art supplies and interactive kitchen sets. No medication or food allergy needs at this time. Records were organized and complete. Provider was observed interacting with the children by holding them, reading to them and explaining the weather outside. This inspection began at approximately 10am and ended at 11:50am.
