Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/4/19 from 10:20am until 11:25am. At the time of entrance, there were 10 children in care, for a total of 27 points, with the provider and an assistant. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 provider/household member/assistant records were reviewed. Children were observed playing with age appropriate toys, eating lunch and transitioning to nap time. Lunch service, infant diapering, and hand washing procedures were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, documentation of emergency practice drills, the emergency preparedness plan and family day home postings were reviewed. The provider stated no medication is administered to children in care at this time. No violations were identified during today's inspection.
